Refund Limitations
- • Refunds are only available for the most recent billing period

How to Request a Refund

Subscription Cancellation
Different from refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time:

Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally made duplicate purchases, contact us immediately. We'll refund the duplicate charge(s) without any time restrictions.
Important Notes
- • Data Retention: After a refund, your account may be deactivated, but any content you created remains on your device
- • Promotional Pricing: Refunds for promotional or discounted purchases will be for the amount actually paid
